Shipping costs are:
- FREE for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal (Peninsula) for orders over € 20. If the order is less, the shipping costs are 3€.
- Europe 25 €, free for orders above 190 €
- Other countries 35 €, free for orders above 350 €
We don’t ship Biologique Recherche and Solaroma out of Spain.
The estimated delivery time is 4 working days in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and 15 days for all other destinations from the order confirmation.
For the method of payment by bank transfer this term is counted from the receipt of the transfer.
For products not available in stock, the estimated time of delivery is 8 days.
We guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition to your destination. If it does not and the order shows evidence of damage during shipping or if you received damaged packaging, we will exchange the damaged product at no cost for you. It is therefore essential that indicated in the remarks section of the document’s delivery, any issues regarding the delivered goods or their packaging. Our customer service department has a customer service to solve any problem with our products or shipments, through which we try to offer a fast and efficient service for our customers. If you want to make a return, check first that meets all the requirements below before sending the product:
- Contact is mandatory, to make any exchange or refund, with customer service.
- The product must be in perfect condition and in original packaging including instructions. It is very important that you send the product for exchange or refund perfectly packed.
- If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not admit the return.
- Any changes and return must be performed within 15 calendar days after you received the shipment (the date of the receipt proving delivery used for the purposes of calculating the period).
- amarama reimburse the customer the amount initially paid for it, minus shipping charges, if the reason for the return is unrelated to product quality. Similarly the cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer if the reason for the return is unrelated to the quality of the product, unless it is agreed with him otherwise.
