In the case that the merchandise has initially been sent freight prepaid, an amount of € 10 (VAT included) will be deducted for Peninsular Spain and Portugal and € 20 in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, France and other EU countries.
It is important that upon receipt of your order, you inspect the shipment carefully first and ensure its status. If there is any loss or damage, please contact us immediately the same day, take photos and mark any visible defects as “Received with damage” or “Broken” on the carrier’s delivery note. Returns are not accepted due to transport defects after 24 hours of delivery according to current regulations.
For returns, please follow the instructions below. The easiest way to return the merchandise is by mail or any other transport company to our address (the shipping cost must be pre-paid by the customer). If you are in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and Azores) and you want us to collect the merchandise, simply contact us for return instructions.
A return form (or other document such as a copy of the invoice …) must accompany your request.

Our policy at Face Atelier Spain, SL is easy. Simply return the items you do not wish to use the normal return process. Of course, the product (s) must not be used and in its original packaging.
Clothing with additional serigraphs or stampings and blades mounted at the customer’s request are not possible to change.
At any time, you can place a new order (by phone or e-mail to email@example.com) for the new product (s) you want to buy instead of the one you want to exchange.
Once we receive the product (s), please allow 3-7 days for an exchange for your new product (s).
Refund of your purchase
To process the refund of the amount of your purchase, all products must be returned in their original packaging, without alterations, including all the labels of the product (s).
Face Atelier Spain, SL will reject items returned in unsaleable conditions.
Once we receive the product (s), and prove its correct condition, please allow 3-7 days to refund the value of your purchase by refunding the amount or creating a credit in your favor.
Remember that the cost is non-refundable shipping.
All items we sell have a manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. Please contact us if you believe your purchase is defective.
To process the guarantee, Face Atelier Spain, SL needs to receive the product (s) originating from the defect for evaluation. Follow the return instructions, please.
Face Atelier Spain, SL reserves the right not to accept changes, refunds, cancellations or to make use of the guarantee of any order from a client with whom there is a dispute due to non-payment of a previous order.
